  I honestly had no idea how truly amazing this office is until I moved to Jacksonville. Always very welcoming (you can see how they were welcoming my 'Clyde' on the attached picture - very cute). I can't bring myself to bring either of my two cats (Clyde and Clover) or my boyfriend's dog (Zeus) to any of the Banfield clinics inside a Petsmart. Despite the reviews showing they are around 2.5/5.0 stars, the other "energetic" or "loud" dogs just makes my animals all so much more stressed, but I never once had anything but an awesome experience here.
  
  The girls were great with my Clyde - always made me feel like I was leaving him in good hands. I miss this office so much. If a 2.5 hour car ride wasn't too stressful, I'd drive my cats down here from Jacksonville.
