  Roy the owner is a crook with the worst customer service skills I've ever dealt with. Charged my card for 3 straight months after I cancelled my service (which I did because Roy was a jerk over the phone). When I discovered the charges and called Roy he acted like he already knew about the problem and was handling it. Would have have been nice if he had called me about it. Then to top it off he "conveniently" refunded MY money to the wrong card. Mind you he CHARGED the correct card the 3 months prior. BEWARE ROY IS A JERK.
